School Choir

Our school choir has been wonderfully busy this term, taking part in a number of exciting performances.

The first concert was alongside the Ashton Sings Community Choir. This is always a privilege and a fantastic opportunity for our children to perform with adult singers. Their voices complement one another beautifully, creating a rich and uplifting sound. The joy of making music together was clear to see, with everyone sharing in the experience and thoroughly enjoying the occasion.

The second performance took place at the Weaverham Music Festival, where our choir not only performed independently but also joined forces with the Weaverham High School Choir. Our pupils sang with confidence and enthusiasm, performing Like the Sun and Happy Together. Once again, they sang their hearts out and made us incredibly proud with both their musicality and their commitment.

Looking ahead, the choir has even more to look forward to. They will be performing again in the summer with Ashton Sings, as well as singing for our grandparents and taking part in our own summer music concert here at school. We are excited to see their continued growth and to enjoy more wonderful performances in the months to come.
