Meeting about Celebration Garden Party

As you are aware, this year we are celebrating 30 years in our school building, as well as the school’s 175^th birthday.

The school has been an integral part of the local community, and it has had an impact on many people’s lives.  With that in mind, we would like to celebrate these important milestones with the community as a whole, and are planning to have a Celebration Garden Party on Saturday 28^th September.

The event will take place on the school field, weather permitting, and the idea is to have stalls and events that the whole community can enjoy.

We have started planning with Governors and the PTFA, but would like to set up a working party to move this event forward.  Mrs Kelly and myself are willing to co-ordinate it, but need your help and input to make it happen!

If you would like to join us, we would like to invite you to attend either of 2 meetings on Thursday 18^th July at 2.45pm or 5.30pm.  The more people attend the smaller the jobs will be!  If you are unable to attend, but would still like to be involved, please let us know.
